Content Creator Intern (videographer & Photographer) - PAID - $5000 MXN/MNTH
This is the on-set, hands-on-camera role at LPYD. The intern will assist our content team on real client shoots — restaurants, real estate, wellness, hospitality — across the full production cycle: pre-production planning, on-set capture, and post-production editing. They will help generate viral content ideas, contribute to content strategy conversations, and learn how to direct talent and frame a story for short-form social. This is the right fit for a student who is. already filming and shooting on their own, who lives on Tik Tok and Reels, and who wants to learn how to do it at a professional level for paying clients.

Content Creator Intern (Videographer & Photographer) - $5000/mnth
Location: Hybrid — San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur (with remote flexibility)
Dates / Duration: Flexible
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, flexible hours between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Approx. hours per week: 20–25
Key Responsibilities
Assisting on-set during client shoots — restaurants, real estate, wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle production days
Capturing photo and video content for client social media (Reels, TikTok, Stories, feed
posts) and supporting our lead videographer / photographer during larger productions
Contributing viral and trend-driven content ideas — staying close to what's working on
TikTok and Reels and adapting it to client brands
Helping with pre-production planning — shot lists, mood boards, location scouting notes, talent briefing, equipment prep
Assisting in directing talent and clients on-set — angles, lighting, framing, on-camera
prompts
Supporting post-production — editing short-form video in CapCut or Premiere, basic
color and sound, photo selection and light retouching
Contributing to content strategy conversations: what to shoot, why it will perform, how it fits the client's brand
Behind-the-scenes capture during shoots, used for LPYD's own social channels and
client process documentation
Skills & Requirements
What the student should already know or be interested in:
Already filming and shooting on their own — phone is fine, real camera is a plus
Strong instinct for what works on TikTok, Reels, and Instagram — understands trends,
hooks, pacing, and visual storytelling
Comfortable editing short-form video in CapCut, Premiere, or similar
Eye for composition, lighting, and framing — even if untrained
Outgoing enough to direct talent on-set (or willing to grow into it)
Reliable on shoot days — production runs on time and energy
Bonus — but not required: photo editing (Lightroom), Premiere or DaVinci Resolve,
owns a camera or stabilizer, has a personal content channel with real engagement
We don't expect students to arrive as experts — we expect curiosity, taste, and the willingness
to learn quickly.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Fields of interest: Film, Cinematography, Photography, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or any creative field where the student is already producing content on their own
Preferred traits: creative, outgoing, observant, fast on their feet, has strong visual taste, lives on TikTok and Reels, and brings ideas to the table without being asked
