Introducing our exciting new initiative: The Monarch Effect Speaker Series. As an organization dedicated to empowering and transforming the lives of Los Cabos students, we believe in the power of education and the importance of providing diverse perspectives and insights to inspire our future local leaders.

Our Speaker Series will feature a lineup Los Cabos community leaders in the fields of business and technology, hospitality, and social impact. The Series’ objective is to present a diverse array of career path insights to our students, create a platform for meaningful dialogue and exchange of ideas for personal growth with the aim of broadening their horizons and providing inspiration.

Through engaging talks, interactive workshops, and panel discussions, our speakers will share their personal stories and expertise to empower and inspire our students to reach beyond current limitations and pursue their dreams.
