Learning is not attained by chance, it must be sought for with ardor and diligence

Very few young people exiting high school have an understanding of all the different types of study programs or careers available upon graduation and what they don’t know they can’t explore.

The Monarch Effect Foundation aims to provide guidance, advice, insight, work experience, internships, job shadowing, and study/career counseling by experts and professionals in varied fields. We need your expertise to help build these programs, to consult, to work with students or provide opportunities for them to gain valuable life and work experiences.

Through our mentoring program, students will gain foundational life skills, language support, exposure to educational initiates, and activities that teach them how to give back and support their community.
