We’re looking for a Data & Finance Analyst who can bring clarity, structure, and insight to a fast-moving creative studio. Our work spans branding, social media, photography, content production, and creative strategy, which means the business side needs someone who can track performance, make sense of numbers, and help leadership make smarter decisions.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and business intelligence. You’ll help us understand how the studio is performing across clients, projects, retainers, budgets, team utilization, profitability, and growth opportunities.

You are not here to “keep the books” in a narrow sense.
You are here to help us understand what is working, what is profitable, where the inefficiencies are, and how to build a stronger business.

Studio Performance Insights

• Create dashboards and reports that track key studio metrics

• Measure performance across branding, social, photography, and campaign work

• Help connect creative output to financial performance and business growth

• Surface insights around client health, revenue concentration, and delivery trends

Systems & Process Support

• Improve how financial and project data are collected, organized, and reported

• Work across spreadsheets, accounting tools, project management systems, and reporting platforms

• Help build more efficient internal systems for tracking performance

• Support cleaner reporting workflows between finance, operations, and leadership
