The intern will sit on the paid media side of LPYD, helping our team launch, traffic, and report on advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. They will get a structured look at how digital ad budgets actually move — from creative briefing to live ad sets to reading the numbers and turning them into recommendations. This is a numbers-and-detail role with a creative side; we want someone who is genuinely curious about why one ad outperforms another. Approx. hours per week: 20–25

Location: Hybrid — San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur (with remote flexibility)
Dates / Duration: Flexible
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, flexible hours between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Approx. hours per week: 20–25
Key responsibilities
Trafficking ad creatives into Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other platforms —
uploading assets, building ad sets, and double-checking every URL, budget, and
audience setting before launch
Pulling and formatting weekly performance reports for client accounts (impressions,
CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
Building simple dashboards in Google Sheets or Looker Studio to make client numbers
easier to read at a glance
Supporting audience research and targeting setup for new campaigns — lookalikes,
custom audiences, interest stacks
Helping analyze webinar and event attendee data, mapping leads to outreach
sequences and follow-up flows
Tracking UTM parameters and link conventions so every campaign is properly attributed
Skills & Requirements
Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets — formulas, filters, and pivot tables (or willing to learn pivots quickly)
An analytical mindset and a high tolerance for detail; this role rewards people who like accuracy
Some exposure to Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, or any advertising platform —even from coursework or personal projects
Curiosity about consumer behavior, conversion funnels, and what makes one ad work
and another fail
Bonus — but not required: GA4 familiarity, basic SQL, Looker Studio, Meta Blueprint or
Google Skillshop certifications
